Service Provider Terms

These Service Provider Terms apply to independent providers who apply to join or accept assignments through the Hyundai Car Wash Home Services LLC provider network.
Provider responsibilities
Providers agree to deliver services professionally, on schedule, and as described in the approved quote, and to maintain active insurance and any required licenses.
Service quality standards
Providers maintain a minimum quality bar and respond to customer feedback. Repeated quality issues may result in suspension from the network.
Payment terms
Payment to providers is issued after service completion and customer confirmation, on the schedule outlined in the provider partnership agreement.
Dispute resolution
Disputes between providers and customers are mediated by our support team in good faith. We may issue partial refunds or reassign services as needed.
Termination
Either party may terminate the provider partnership with written notice. Terminations may also occur for material breach of these terms.
Independent contractor status
Providers participate as independent contractors and are responsible for their own taxes, insurance, equipment, permits, licenses, employees, and business expenses. Nothing in these terms creates an employment, agency, franchise, or joint-venture relationship.
Hyundai Car Wash Home Services LLC is an independent mobile vehicle-care service provider and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Hyundai Motor Company or any of its subsidiaries.
