These terms describe the relationship between Hyundai Car Wash Home Services, our customers, and the verified local service providers we coordinate with. Please read them carefully.
Service coordination
Hyundai Car Wash Home Services LLC operates a mobile car care service coordination and booking platform. We coordinate mobile car wash, detailing, oil change, cosmetic repair, and light mechanic service requests. A verified local service provider may be assigned to complete your service.
Custom quotes
Final pricing depends on vehicle condition, location, requested service, provider availability, and service scope. We do not publish fixed rates because every request is reviewed individually.
Customer responsibilities
Customers are responsible for accurately describing their vehicle, condition, and requested service, providing access to the service location, and approving the quote before any work begins.
Limitation of liability
We coordinate trusted local providers but do not directly perform services. Liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question, subject to applicable law.
Dispute resolution
Disputes should first be raised with our support team at support@hyundaicarwashservices.online. We work in good faith to resolve issues between customers and providers.
Payments and authorization
No payment is charged for submitting a quote request. After you approve a final quote, you authorize Hyundai Car Wash Home Services LLC to charge the disclosed amount using your selected payment method. No additional service or charge may be added without your approval.
Cancellations and refunds
Cancellation eligibility, dispatch-related costs, and refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Customers should contact support as soon as possible if a scheduled service must be changed or cancelled.
Independent service providers
Services may be completed by independently operated local service providers. Providers are not employees of Hyundai Car Wash Home Services LLC. The assigned provider, service scope, and approved quote will be disclosed before service begins.
Acceptable use
You may not use this website to submit fraudulent requests, impersonate another person, interfere with website operations, misuse provider or customer information, or engage in unlawful activity.
Governing law and changes
These Terms are governed by applicable law and, unless applicable law requires otherwise, the laws of the State of Texas. We may update these Terms when our services or legal obligations change. The effective date shown above will be updated when material revisions are published.
Hyundai Car Wash Home Services LLC is an independent mobile vehicle-care service provider and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Hyundai Motor Company or any of its subsidiaries.
